BOOKING POLICY

- All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the appointment day (ie., a day before the appointment day).

- Text "YES CONFIRM" to 416-877-2439 to confirm your appointment or text "NO CANCEL" to cancel your appointment.

- If the appointment is not confirmed, you will lose your appointment.

​

- Deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferred for rescheduling (once) if the appointment is rescheduled before 24 hours of your initial appointment.

- We will not take confirmations through social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.). Kindly text to confirm to confirm.
